Highriders Stationery (Pvt) Ltd Online Trading Terms and Conditions.

Thank you for doing business with Highriders. The following conditions govern the online transactions carried out through this platform. Please read these terms and conditions carefully in order to be guided accordingly in your business transactions with Highriders.  By participating in the online business you agree that you will abide by the terms and conditions applicable in this agreement.

  1. All information provided by the customer should be true and correct. You also agree that the information supplied may be used by Highriders for promotional purposes, unless you expressly indicate that you do not want to be included on Highriders database.
  2. All goods are supplied, made available and distributed by Highriders Stationery (Pvt) Ltd or its participating partners.
  3. Goods listed are subject to availability.
  4. Goods listed may be subject to order limits.
  5. Orders are paid for in US dollars, rand and pound sterling. Payment is made through the Highriders account or facility, unless an alternative option has been supplied or agreed to by Highriders.
  6. Once goods have been dispatched, a transaction cannot be cancelled.
  7. Goods can be returned if they are the wrong goods, or they are defective. Goods can however not be returned if they have been used and health and safety standards have been compromised(mainly for food items)
  8. No transaction will be accepted if there is a material error in the description or price of the goods.
  9. Goods paid for and uncollected after thirty days will be returned to stock. The customer will be refunded the cost of the goods paid, less any delivery costs (if any).
  10. Where delivery is required, the customer will be required to pay for the cost of delivery before the goods are delivered, unless an agreement has been reached beforehand.
  11. Highriders may impose additional costs, restrictions, limitations, prohibitions and penalties for any violations of the terms and conditions to a transaction.
  12. If an order cannot be fulfilled, funds paid for such an order will be refunded less the cost and value of the goods delivered. Refunds will be made in the same manner that the payment was made by the customer.
  13. Highriders may allow participating manufacturers, traders, or other third parties to use (and advertise their products) and sell through this platform. In such situations the online transactions are done in line with these terms and conditions. The supplier and or client shall meet the service costs of selling through the platform.
  14. If a transaction is made between such a supplier and customer it will be binding between the supplier and customer only and will not be binding to Highriders or any other party. Highriders will not be responsible for the quality, safety or legality of such a transaction or products supplied. When you agree to such a deal you agree to indemnify Highriders from any losses or damages resultant from the transaction. When payment for the transaction is made through the Highriders account you agree that Highriders is not a bank but shall forward payment to the intended recipient as soon as it is practicable to do so. Highriders does not guarantee the integrity of the parties to the transaction and the completion of any transaction. At no time will either the supplier or the customer expect to receive any interest for funds that will have been paid through Highriders.
  15. Highriders reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel a transaction for any reason without any liability for losses or damages that may arise in connection with such refusal or cancellation. Circumstances that may lead to such cancellations include (but are not limited to) transactions that may be in violation of the law, procedures, rules and regulations, suspicions of possible fraud or any other problem or illegality.
  16. Force majeure: Highriders will not be held liable for any delays, or disruption of services that is caused by events caused by the force of nature which include, but are not limited to, disruption of internet services, telecommunication services, power failures, strikes, civil disturbances, governmental actions, non- performance by third parties and transport services.
  17. Any queries for refunds or any other issue should be forwarded to customer services department at info@highriders.co.zw
  18. Highriders will endeavor to resolve any disagreements or disputes with the customer or supplier. In the event that this fails, the dispute will be referred for arbitration with the Commercial Arbitration Centre in Harare.
  19. Highriders may amend the agreement or terms and conditions of business by altering, subtracting or adding to these terms and conditions and posting these alterations onto the website.
